- Hypo-Dot Oil Bottle Refillable oil bottle with hypodermic point for easy accurate release of oil

Rail on Rotary Hook: |
|
|
|
 |
- Every four hours
- 1 oiling spot
- Remove the needle plate
- Using the offset screwdriver remove the 2 screws from the needle plate
- Using canned air clean out the rotary hook
- Rotate the hand wheel to expose the rail on the rotary hook
- Using the Hypo-Dot place one drop of oil on the rail
- Press trim 2 times to lubricate the whole rail

Presser Foot Drive Shaft: |

- Daily (Every 8 hours of usage)
- 1 Oiling Spot
- Place 9100 on needle position 1
- Look to left side of 9100 and using the LB5 spray one drop of oil in the red hole
|

|
Needle Bar Drive Shaft: |
|
|
|
 |
- Daily (Every 8 hours of usage)
- 2 oiling spots
- 1 on needle position 1 and
- 1 on needle position 15
- Using the Hypo-Dot place one drop of oil on the white plastic rail (in the canal)

|
Needle Bar Drive Shaft - Presser Foot: |
|
|
|
 |
- Weekly (every 40 hours of usage)
- 2 oiling spots
- Place 9100 on needle position 15
- Oiling spots are covered on machine you will see 2 windows
- Window 1 Using the Hypo-Dot place 1 drop on the wick
- Window 2 Using the LB5 spray one drop of oil on the bar

Inside the Arm: |

- Weekly (every 40 hours of usage)
- 3 oiling spots (LB5 on all 3 spots)
- 1 on needle position 1 and
- 2 on needle position 15

Needle Bar: |
|
|
|
 |
- Weekly (every 40 hours of usage)
- 15 oiling spots
- Open the front face cover to expose the thread take up levers
- Using the LB5 spray one drop of oil on each needle bar
|
|
|
Inside the Cylinder Bed: |
|
 |
- Once a month
- 1 oiling spot
- Using the LB5 spray 1 drop of oil in the red spot directly behind the needle plate
|
|
|
Felt Packing (needle bar): |
|
|
|
 |
- Once a month
- 5 oiling spot
- Using the LB5 spray one drop of oil in each of the five red spots below the front face cover
